Advanced Training Group go viral with Bangkok’s top businesses.

Bangkok based business and training consultants Advanced Training Group held their Achieve Marketing Success seminar at the Grand Millennium Hotel, Asok, Bangkok and was very well received from the delegate of some of Bangkok’s top businesses.

Riding on the wave of social media and social networking, Advanced Training Group hosted their second phase of their social media workshops entitled Achieve Marketing Success. The half day seminar follows up their Social Media workshop by showing Bangkok’s business delegates the most effective ways of viral marketing.

Almost everyone today uses social media but very few can claim to use social media to its potential. To maximise marketing results Advanced Training Group’s Clint Barnard introduced delegate to the importance of viral marketing and how to achieve this.

The first part of Advanced Training Groups seminar was how to maximise email campaigns and the critical factors to take into account. With so much of online marketing constantly changing, Clint offered his expert opinion and advice on how to achieve marketing success with email viral marketing.

The second part of the session involved the use of the biggest aspect of social media and that is video viral marketing. Often overlooked due to seemingly complex, expensive and often intricate nature of video presentations, Advanced Training Group explained how video marketing can be one of the most successful tools for a marketing department and campaign.

Examples of YouTube videos and how these were not put into the mainstream but promoted through word of mouth and through email contacts were shown and suggestion, tricks and tips on how businesses in Bangkok can incorporate these into their marketing strategies.

The speaker, Advanced Training Group’s Brian Jenkins is an expert in the field of Social Media and has delivered and presented to numerous organisations, communities and the public.

Delegates at the workshop included representatives from Coca-Cola Thailand, Starbucks Thailand, OTIS Thailand, Siam Hotels Bangkok and Pattaya, Asian Foods Information Centre Bangkok and Kimberley Clark of Bangkok . Delegates had a varying degree of experience with social media and The Power of Social Networking Workshop really either reinforced existing knowledge and experience or introduced the concept and benefits of the marketing avenue. It was stressed that social media within itself may not produce the required results, however, as part of an overall marketing strategy it was agreed that social media and networking really can add fantastic results.

An overview of social media including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, FlickR, WordPress and Press Releases was covered including how to establish these marketing tools within a company’s marketing plan. For those delegates who were unfamiliar with social media, dummy company information was set up with example blogs and social media accounts set up.
